Construction Pipe Welding Crew Foreman / Superintendent

RSCS,  a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years is now hiring a Superintendent / Foreman to lead our traveling Refrigeration Construction and Pipe Crew.     RSCS believes in the pursuit of service excellence. Requirements

We are looking for a hard-working professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from beginning through execution and will manage the momentum of the project to meet deadlines. This candidate will also have the skillset and know how to work alongside the crew to keep the project moving forward and to adapt the project when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

THIS IS NOT an entry level position. Must have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the Mechanical Contracting Industry w / Refrigeration & Ammonia Systems a Plus, clean driving record, dependable and hands-on, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented. Travel required and must be able to travel on short notice.

Experience Required :

• Pipe Welding / carbon & Stainless
• Small Bore to Large Bore pipe sizes
• 6G position
• Stick & Tig Processes
• Pipe Fitting & Layout Skills
• Rigging
• Can read plans
• Understanding of Mechanical Systems
• Leadership skills
• Organization skills
• Clean DL
• Willing to travel up to 1 month with expenses covered by the company
