Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in Marietta, GA , in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting. This flexible, as-needed opportunity is ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact with scheduling that fits their lifestyle.

Hours / Schedule : Approx. 15 hrs per week, prefer 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to promote residents' independence and safety
• Provide hands-on therapy services to improve residents' daily functioning and quality of life
• Collaborate with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate resident progress effectively
