Salary : $82,000 - $108,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Location : 521 Route 111, Hauppauge, NY (Suffolk County; outpatient clinic)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Type : Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule during interview.)
