IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Compensation : $25 - $35 / hour

IT Support Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a global food manufacturing company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist  to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT Support and service to all of the employees and business units of our client. You will apply advance IT systems knowledge to help troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile phone issues. You will apply your customer service skills to assist end users in troubleshooting networking, printing, and other end-point peripheral issues via phone call, email, or desk-side support.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize Cherwell ticketing system
• Diagnose, respond and resolve customer incidents
• Prioritize incidents and escalate if needed
• Deliver timely solutions that prevent future recurring problems
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
