Key Responsibilities
Educate prospective customers on the benefits of residential solar and guide them through the purchase journey
Utilize advanced technologies to prepare and review solar proposals for potential customers
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process while achieving performance KPIs
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of residential solar sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Home Improvement Salesperson License required
Strong relationship management skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications)
High integrity and ethical sales practices
