Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : Day - 5x8 or 4x10, rotating weekends, some holidays

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Experience : 1+ years

License : Current licensure in the State of Missouri

Certifications : Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card or obtain one within the probation period

Must-Have : Outpatient Physical Therapy experience

Job Description :

• Plan and implement specific physical / occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Address patient care needs including physical, developmental, and psychosocial aspects.
• Provide advisory services to team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Function under the direct supervision of the Director and Assistant Director.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a variety of diagnoses.
• Carry out patient care involving heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing.
• Use equipment with competency for the delivery of modalities.
• Occasionally work with office equipment such as copy machines, telephones, and computers.
