North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting to play an integral part in leading our health-system managerial accounting team. We're looking for an energetic, process-improvement-oriented individual with enthusiasm for developing people and expertise in overseeing critical managerial accounting. This position reports to the System Vice President of Financial Services. It regularly interacts with the CFO, as well as other leaders across the system to advance the strategic mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
