About the Role :
As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families through various mental health challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your work will focus on assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will help clients navigate life transitions, manage crises, and develop coping strategies to improve their overall well-being and functioning. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will ensure a holistic approach to behavioral health care. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing the mental health and quality of life for diverse populations across the United States.

The required skills in counseling psychology, group therapy, and family therapy are essential for conducting effective therapeutic sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
