Job description
A boutique residential Architecture and Interior Design firm is seeking a motivated Designer and AutoCAD draftsperson for high-end custom residential projects in both architecture and interior design capacities.
- Creation of schematic design documents
- Integration of schematic designs into design development documents
- Creation of 3D models using SketchUp
- Preparation of full construction drawings
- Coordination with consulting engineers
- Liaison with government permitting agencies
- Assisting in construction observation at sites
