We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive global growth initiatives in the advanced therapeutics sector, specializing in cell and gene therapy. Collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams will be crucial to ensure that proposals are seamlessly aligned. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or business, along with comprehensive knowledge of cell and gene therapy workflows.

Required qualifications include :

• 10-15 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership in the biotech or life sciences sector.
• A proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
• Experience managing commercial teams.
• Excellent cross-functional skills and a hands-on execution style.
