Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience : 1 year Licenses : CLT-TX(Copy needed) Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

CERT-ARRT- CI(Copy needed)

CERT-CCI- RCIS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References : 1 Reference in the last 24 months
