- EMR : Epic
- Perform ambulatory and inpatient cardiology consultations.
- Deliver advanced noninvasive imaging : echo, TEE, cardiac CT / MRI, nuclear stress testing, rhythm monitoring.
- Provide full-spectrum coronary interventional care, including CHIP and CTO procedures.
- Execute structural heart interventions (TAVR, TMVR, LAA closures)
- Offer electrophysiology services including ablations and device implantations.
- Manage complex heart failure cases with ECMO and percutaneous LVAD therapies.
- Treat adult congenital heart conditions (ASD, PFO, VSD closures)
- Promote preventive cardiovascular care through lifestyle counseling and risk factor management.
Requirements
Completion of an advanced heart failure fellowship from a U.S. accredited institutionBoard-certification or board-eligibility in Advanced Heart FailureExperience preferred, and new graduates will be considered.Experience or specialized fellowship training in advanced heart failure / mechanical circulatory support or aortic surgery is desirable.Active CA Medical license or Eligible for California State Medical licensurePassionate about providing high-quality care and able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital / surgical privileges at Hoag Hospital.Salary Description
