Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiate / close deals with prospects.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across SMB to Enterprise accounts.
Work closely with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and Marketing to convert inbound / outbound leads.
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly quotas and KPIs (calls, meetings, demos, etc.).
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and competitors.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales (or B2B tech sales).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a similar AE or closing role.
Strong understanding of consultative selling and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
