Financial Analyst Role - Join a Dynamic Finance Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Analyst at HomePro, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions through diligent financial reporting, insightful analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Financial Analyst Responsibilities - Financial Modeling, Forecasting, and Reporting

  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports to management
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear variance analysis
  • Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Conduct month-end and quarterly close activities in collaboration with accounting
  • Identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor performance trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support audit and compliance activities as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within finance and cross-functional teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the finance manager

    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Finance, Data Analysis, and Communication

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
  • 1+ year of relevant financial analysis experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • Understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude
  • Commitment to integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters
