vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) - MSP Experience Required | La Verne, CA | Client-Facing Onsite | Full-Time $100,000 – $170,000 (based on experience) + Unlimited Raises for Certifications Earned

Are you an experienced IT strategist who thrives in the MSP world? We’re hiring a vCIO to serve as a trusted advisor for clients across industries—bringing clarity, strategy, and vision to their IT goals. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends relationship-building with technical leadership. You’ll work onsite Monday through Friday, either at client locations or at HQ in the San Fernando Valley.

This role isn’t about selling—it's about guiding. You’ll lead strategic business reviews, build long-term IT roadmaps, and collaborate with TAMs and project teams to ensure that execution aligns with business outcomes. The clients are passionate about IT and forward-thinking—your job is to help them connect the dots between business goals and modern technology.

What You’ll Do :

• Act as the primary IT advisor and business partner for assigned clients
• Lead quarterly / yearly strategy meetings and technology roadmap sessions
• Translate business challenges into scalable IT initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to drive execution
• Present business cases for IT investments with clear ROI modeling
• Educate clients on risk, compliance, and modern security standards
• Document policies (DR / BCP, Lifecycle, Security Awareness, etc.)
• Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline by focusing on clarity and value
