GNAs with Med Tech Certification

We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) and a CMT (Certified Med Tech). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Compensation : commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include :

$1.00 hourly for evening shift (3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm, Mondays through Fridays)

$1.00 hourly for night shift (11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am, Mondays through Fridays)

$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

Help people live better lives by :

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents
