DIRECT HIRE - No Temporary Time Required

Start Date : 07 / 16 / 24

Position :  Inside Sales Representative

Salary :  $23.08 / HR + Uncapped Commission

Shift Options :  Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm - Choose your preference!

Location :  On-Site in Allen, Texas (75013)

Responsibilities :

Build relationships with warm to hot leads

Identify key contacts for leads

Negotiate leases and optimize terms with landlords

Prepare comprehensive sales proposals

Communicate lease details with relevant stakeholders

Maintain accurate documentation of all communications

Engaging with landlords through inbound and outbound calls

Researching leases using various tools and resources

Data entry and management

Crafting compelling sales proposals and delivering them promptly

Experience :

1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based environment

Customer service or call center experience preferred

High school diploma required

Background in mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry advantageous
