Assistant Project Manager
Support the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administration.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure timely execution.
Help monitor budgets, invoices, and cost tracking.
Conduct site visits to support quality control and safety compliance.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
The successful applicant :
Holds a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
Has 2-4 years of experience in the construction.
Is eager to learn and develop.
Is an organized individual who can complete multiple tasks at once.
Is tech-savvy; experience in construction management software is a plus.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
