What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing sales organization across A&E and multi‑family sectors.
- Drive personal sales performance while modeling consultative, relationship‑based selling excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic market plans targeting developers, REITs, property owners, and management firms.
- Partner cross‑functionally with service leaders to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Lead complex deal cycles and executive‑level negotiations.
- Identify and expand growth opportunities across the greater New York metro and emerging regional markets.
- Represent your business segment in executive leadership and strategic planning forums.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of sales experience in architecture, engineering, or construction professional services.5+ years in sales leadership, with a proven record of leading high‑performing teams.Track record as a player‑coach who balances leadership with personal revenue contribution.Strong network within the A&E, real estate development, and property management communities.Expertise in consultative, solution‑based selling to executive decision‑makers.Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance‑driven industries.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or professional credential (PE, RA) preferred.Why This Role Stands Out
