We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for physicians in Atlanta, GA who are board-certified in palliative medicine. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00.

Must live in Atlanta and be board-certified and licensed in Georgia.

Must have the ability to conduct patient visits via phone and in person in patients' homes.

Must have local privileges at a hospital. If you have connections to a local hospice, that is a plus.
