Provide professional customer support for system-related software and / or hardware issues, needs, or requirements in the fulfillment of our client's mission.Evaluate customer technical needs, elicit, and determine requirements, and recommends solutions; plan, design, develop, test, and implement a variety of hardware and / or software systems.Develop, monitor, and analyze data and metrics to ensure the continuous delivery of quality services, and to identify opportunities for process improvements or business transformation.Perform quality assurance and prepare reports for management that may include, but not be limited to, summary of findings, recommendations, initiative status updates, and / or implementation plans.Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience for members and stakeholders.
