We are seeking an energetic, innovative, and customer-focused Wine Shop Manager to lead our Los Angeles location. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations and merchandising for the Wine Shop, ensuring a premium brand experience. Build strong relationships with guests to elevate customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits. Develop and execute creative ideas, events, and experiences that drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality leadership to create mixology concepts, wine-and-food pairings, and experiential offerings. Enhance our tours, tastings, and events by consistently innovating and adapting to guest feedback. Stay attuned to market trends, business opportunities, and performance insights. Train, coach, and develop team members with ongoing feedback and support. Manage hiring, scheduling, and staffing to meet operational and sales goals. Negotiate with vendors and oversee product procurement. Manage IT and POS systems, including Tock, SevenShifts, and audio / video operations. Troubleshoot and support IT-related issues to maintain smooth guest experiences. Uphold company standards in presentation, service quality, and team appearance. Communicate effectively—verbally and in writing—with guests, partners, and staff. What You Bring 5 years of experience in retail, bar, or hospitality management. Strong background in creating drink menus, tastings, and special events. Team-building expertise with proven coaching and performance-development skills. Hands-on experience with Tock and SevenShifts. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a guest-first mindset. A positive, solutions-driven attitude with exceptional organizational and planning abilities. Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning. Strong computer and analytical skills. Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs. Bilingual abilities (English / Spanish / Italian) a plus. Must be 21.
