Unit : 10 beds | Ratios 1 : 3 couplets

Shifts : 2–3 RNs (day & night, based on acuity)

Charting : CPN, Meditech

Requirements : 2+ years experience

NRP + baby-catching experience

Procedures : Deliveries (C-sections & SVDs), postpartum care, circumcisions, some GYN post-op
