Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams for the Payments vertical, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery

Build relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment on project roadmaps and deliverables

Mentor team members and continuously improve team productivity and processes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in web-scale product development

4+ years of management experience leading software development teams

Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructure

Familiarity with the Payments industry and agile development methodologies

Strong technical skills in full stack development, with experience in React, GraphQL, and Java
