Fulfillment Supervisor

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee a team of Fulfillment Specialists in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fulfillment Specialists for property management software integrations and onboarding

Oversee daily fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards

Serve as a liaison between Fulfillment, Implementation, Data Management, and Vendor Partners to align deliverables

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in fulfillment, operations, or implementation, with 2+ years in a leadership role

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams

Strong operational acumen with experience in process optimization and quality control

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and experience with Property Accounting Systems preferred

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
