Pharmacist PRN

Pay Range : $52.50 - $77.18

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

HSHS St. Josephs Hospital in Breese is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professionals order. Reviews order for dosing accuracy drug selection drug interactions allergies and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds committees and workgroups. Provides drug information to allied health professionals nurses patients and the general public.

• Pharmacy Required Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice
