Job Title : E-Commerce Clerk

SUMMARY
Responsible to effectively achieve goals of posting and listing merchandise on e-commerce platforms by
performing the following essential duties :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience that shows potential to perform the essential
duties of this position. Prior customer service experience and or training highly desirable.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Must have basic training or experience in the use of Windows-based computer systems; must have the
ability to be trained using various E-Commerce web based platforms.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate and respond to common inquiries or
complaints from customers, or members of the business community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division,
and fractions.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram or schedule form.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work mainly indoors in either a warehouse or
office setting. Employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme heat, air
