Role Description :

• Associates should work in client ODC premises as mandatory from 12 : 30 PM IST to 9 : 30 PM IST & at onsite hours; i.e; 6.30PM-3.30AM.
• Associates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment on highly complex requirements
• Associates must have experience with CI / CD tools and processes.
• Associates should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders. Competencies : Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services, Okt Experience (Years) : 4-6 Essential Skills : This position will require individuals to play as IAM Analyst role Associate will be involved in interacting with Architects & Engineers during the stages of the engagement. Assessments and requirements gathering. Individuals will work as an IAM Functional & technical expert representing from the BUILD team assisting in various application integrations.
• 3+ years of experience with software development and implementation of one or more Access management and federation product i.e., Okta
• Strong understanding of SSO protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Technical experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions
• Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, OIDC, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Proxy and Directory Services concepts
• Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.
• Managing Okta solution deployments through the complete system development life cycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products using Java / JavaScripts, and testing (unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing).
• Experience configuring authorizations with API Access management and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) with OIDC required
• Experience with Enterprise Provisioning, Roles based Access Controls, Single-Sign On, external and internal federation and systems integration
• Development experience in Okta IDM of Objects, connectors and mapping in IDM solutions, understanding / knowledge on user, role life cycle management, provisioning data to and from various sources like AD / LDAP, Knowledge on out of box and custom endpoints and connectors, reconciliation and self-service.
• Experience with Enterprise Directory / Directory Integration (AD, LDAP).
• Implementing automated provisioning of endpoint by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilities.
• Should possess capabilities in designing solutions on Okta.
• Solid understanding of concepts of SAML 2.0 and various OIDC grantsRelevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Consultant, Okta Certified Professional) are highly desirable Country : United States Branch | City | Location : Dublin, OH
