Job descriptionFamily Medicine Physician Well-established Primary Care practice at one of our rural practice locations in Florence, South Carolina. This opportunity offers a large outpatient practice in a great location with growth potential. Outpatient community primary care medicine - Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Medicine, etc.. Schedule : 4.5 days per week 1 : 3 flexible call Hours : Mon - Fri : 8am - 5pm. (1 / 2 day on Fridays) Competitive Base Salary and RVU bonuses available $230,000 - $265,000 / year Sign On Bonus Relocation Assistance PSLF Student Loan Forgiveness Comprehensive health and retirement benefits CME Allowance PTO : 30 Days Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Ability to hold an unrestricted state of South Carolina MD or DO licensure
