The Company is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of School to lead its dynamic, nurturing, and academically rigorous institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational growth and innovation, with a focus on reversing enrollment decline and positioning the school as a destination for Jewish families. This role requires a proven track record in educational administration, excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a deep commitment to the values and mission of the school. The Head of School will work in close partnership with the Board of Trustees to define and execute a strategic path forward, strengthen Jewish life, and ensure the school's long-term success. The ideal candidate will be a principled leader, adept at change management, and capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders. They should be a dynamic relationship builder, with a deep love for Israel, Jewish learning, and education. Day-to-day, the Head of School will be a visible and approachable presence, supporting teachers, and creating a culture of warmth, trust, and shared purpose. Fundraising will be a key aspect of the role, and the Head of School will be expected to strengthen relationships with the wider Jewish and Long Island communities.
