What You'll Do :

• Welcome and assist prospective residents, current residents, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Showcase our community by conducting apartment tours and explaining lease terms and amenities.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies while ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies .
• Handle essential office tasks , including answering calls, processing applications, filing paperwork, and data entry .
• Maintain strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment , ensuring seamless daily operations within the leasing office.
