Telecommunications Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support its telecommunications business operations. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements related to telecommunications Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and telecommunications matters Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks Required Qualifications Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Oregon bar Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
