• Guide the development of software solutions, ensuring they are well-engineered and consistently maintained to meet customer needs.
• Mentor engineers, fostering their professional and technical growth within the team.
• Manage workstream execution effectively, focusing on project delivery and robust processes.
• Collaborate with product managers to comprehensively understand application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Drive continuous improvement in software engineering practices.
• Engage with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions across a full-stack of technologies.
• Champion the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
• Stay abreast of technology trends, actively participating in learning opportunities and communities while mentoring fellow engineers.
• Encourage innovation and a culture of inclusivity and diverse thought within your teams.
• Enhance the velocity of your team and others through collaborative improvements.
• Lead efforts to deploy applications into AWS environments, modernizing existing systems where necessary.
• Transform monolithic applications into microservices and create new microservice architectures.
