As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Practice Manager to lead our Clinic team with professionalism, clarity, and precision.

PALM Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the daily operations in our integrative and functional medicine clinic, which is focused on longevity and whole-person well-being. This role will be responsible for managing employee performance and schedules, overseeing HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and accountability, and ensuring that internal workflows and systems run efficiently. A strong background in customer service is essential, as the role involves upholding a high standard of client experience across medical and wellness services. The ideal candidate is confident managing a team, skilled at navigating cross-functional communication, and committed to excellence in a fast-paced, concierge setting.

Requirements :

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible management experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience leading teams in a healthcare, ambulatory, or professional services environment (scheduling, revenue cycle / ops, staffing, KPIs)
  • Experience with budget ownership, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination required
  • Proven experience leading teams and improving systems
  • High-level understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and insurance prior authorization processes
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to hold others accountable with professionalism and clarity
  • Background in concierge or integrative medicine is a plus
