★ What You'll Do
- Embedded C Development : Architect and write bare‑metal embedded C software for microcontrollers (50%+ hands‑on coding).
- Technical Leadership : Mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the team.
- Program Ownership : Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables as the technical owner.
- Frameworks & Tools : Develop reusable solutions to accelerate embedded software development.
- Best Practices : Establish processes, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering standards.
★ What We're Looking For
10-20 years of embedded software engineering experience (defense, aerospace, or mission‑critical systems preferred).Expertise in C programming (bare‑metal microcontroller experience strongly preferred).Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS a plus), FPGA / VHDL, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet).Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.★ Why You'll Love Working Here
