Seasonal Medicare Sales Supervisor

A company is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor, Benefit Advisors. Key Responsibilities Supervises and motivates a sales team to meet performance and productivity goals Acts as the first point of escalation for sales process and technical issues, coaching the team on resolutions Maintains a positive work environment and ensures compliance in customer interactions Required Qualifications 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a managed care or health insurance environment 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles High school diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered Health insurance resident state license required for employment Knowledge of Medicare sales and CMS regulations preferred
