    What You'll Do :

  • Drive new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking & events
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline across Arizona
  • Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery
  • Represent us at trade shows and community events
  • You Might Be a Great Fit If You :

  • Have proven B2B sales success— ideally in construction or steel buildings , or i n complex, high-ticket solution sales with long sales cycles involving project management and implementation milestones (e.g., IT infrastructure, industrial equipment, enterprise software, commercial HVAC, or capital medical devices)
  • Are a hunter—motivated, energetic, and goal-driven
  • Are a relationship-builder who communicates clearly and confidently
  • Are tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM (HubSpot), BuilderTrend, and Microsoft 365
  • Have a valid driver's license and are ready to travel throughout AZ
  • Are bilingual or multilingual —a strong asset in serving diverse clients across Arizona
