Maintenance Planner Sofidel Tissue

Sofidel Tissue is a leading manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use committed to sustainability innovation and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Duncan South Carolina facility.

This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability through effective planning scheduling and coordination of preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop maintenance plans including materials man-hours activity sequencing and required support services.
• Coordinate and initiate preventative maintenance activities including on-site measurements and parts verification.
• Create short mid and long-term maintenance plans for equipment.
• Monitor and track labor and materials in the JDE work order system; manage notifications and backlog; conduct maintenance log audits.
• Assist in developing equipment inspection procedures for proper maintenance of mill equipment. Lead maintenance shift hand-off meetings and issue daily work orders for electrical and mechanical teams.
• Collaborate with the Storeroom Coordinator to schedule spare parts materials and work order kitting for planned jobs.
• Develop Gantt charts for outage jobs and projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies including lockout / tagout procedures and PPE requirements; participate in incident investigations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
