Staff Physician

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | No nights, weekends, or holidays

Location : [Bakersfield, CA]

up to $100K bonus + monthly / quarterly incentives

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Staff Physician to join a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This clinic-based role offers the opportunity to lead by example, provide direct care, and contribute to a supportive, evidence-based practice environment. You’ll work closely with therapists and specialists to drive optimal outcomes and ensure a positive experience for patients, employers, and payers.

Responsibilities :

Clinical Care & Outcomes

  • Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans and recovery
  • Adhere to clinical quality standards and analytics
  • Maintain compliance with state practice acts and regulations
  • Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Patient, Employer & Payer Experience

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and payers
  • Promote a values-driven culture across the clinic team
  • Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted medical license
  • Unrestricted DEA and state dispensing license (required before start date)
  • Eligible to participate in Medicare
