Med-Tech Sales Academy Development Program

Attention recent college grads : Are you ready to level-up to a career in Med-Tech Sales? We are hiring recent college grads currently working in sales to join our amazing team.

The Siemens Healthineers Sales Academy Development Program allows you to get paid to learn!

Our comprehensive, experiential, "hands on" 10-month training program will set you up for success in the Med-Tech industry. Successful completion of our program will provide you the opportunity to earn a position as an Account Executive (or similar) at Siemens Healthineers or Varian. Our industry is thriving, and the future is bright. Become a part of the team who helps build relationships with customers, helping them to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

In this program you will have the opportunity to learn hands-on :

  • Sales acumen & strategic selling skills

Some things to know :

  • Temporary, company-sponsored relocation to our Malvern, PA, Headquarters for one year is required.
  • 40% travel to training facilities and for onsite job shadowing weeks.
  • The intention of this program is to create opportunities for early-career sales professionals to join our organization and grow their careers with us.
  • Must be open to company sponsored relocation and placement in a sales region / territory anywhere in the U.S. after program completion.

  • Required skills to have for the success of this role :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Majors : Business Administration or similar focus in sales strongly preferred
  • Proven interest in healthcare industry or clinical space
  • Graduation Date : Must graduate by the program start date, but no earlier than May, 2024
  • Minimum GPA : 3.0
  • Work Authorization : We are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this program
  • Start date : March, 2026
