Job Details

• Oversee US accounting team of ~12, including 4 direct reports
• Month-end close

o Oversee on-time completion

o Review complex tasks

o Review consolidation

FP&A

o Prep + present monthly financial reporting + KPI packages for Leadership Team

o Prep annual budget

o Build out function, including hiring / supervising an analyst / manager

Compliance

o Oversee FS audit

o Coordinate with tax firm on tax estimates / returns / transfer pricing / tax planning

o Oversee state registration + SUT compliance

o Own lender / covenant compliance

Manage cash flows / debt

Oversee ERP implementation for growing e-commerce division

Work with leadership team and PE on financial strategy

Implement internal controls + accounting process improvements

Requirements :

CPA

Experience in :

o Public accounting / Big 4

o Manufacturing

o Supervising accounting / finance function
