Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team supporting critical operations in the energy sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule.
Location : Hybrid in San Diego, CA, Kearny Mesa (3 days onsite in 2025, moving to 4 days onsite in 2026)
Duration : 1-year contract with potential for extension
Start Date : Immediate
What You'll Do :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual contributor.
- Manage calendars and coordinate schedules.
- Prepare field work packages and handle document uploads.
- Pull and print gas and electric maps for operational needs.
- Submit Standby Lineman and Locator requests.
- Prepare customer invoices and manage permits.
- Assist with word processing, filing, answering phones, and obtaining supplies.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
