Job Responsibilities

Leading and motivating team members, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Production : ensuring that the team meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.
• Quality Control : implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specifications.
• Continuous Improvement : identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Training and Development : training new team members and providing ongoing support for their professional development.
• Communication : effectively communicating with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem-Solving : analyzing and resolving production problems, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the production area.
• Safety : ensuring that the team adheres to safety regulations and implements appropriate safety measures.

Associate Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
