Key Responsibilities :

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate drywall estimates.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
• Prepare detailed proposals and present estimates to stakeholders.
• Track project costs and update budgets as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry pricing, materials, and trends.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
