Manager, Brand Marketing
The Role
We are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Manager, Brand Marketing to serve as the Brand Strategist and Retailer Strategist for skincare. Responsible for Product (core and new launches of skincare), Consumer Journey, and leading Retailer distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Forecasting
- Manage the skincare portfolio and lead skincare category launches, including forecasting.
- Forecast and track business performance for the skincare category, measuring success of NPD and Core campaigns.
Customer Facing
Work closely with Global Product & Marketing teams to ensure proactive planning for 3-5 years out, analysing white-space opportunities as well as responding to market trends.Drive content updates for the skincare category and brand pop ups.Marketing Strategy
Develop and lead relationships with Department Stores and manage local initiatives around deck presentation, sampling, strategy forecast, content, exclusive sets, and activation calendars.Create materials for internal and external meetings with stakeholders to present marketing programs (i.e., 360 activation plans, market meetings).Develop the brand media strategy around skincare. Continually optimize budget spend and performance.Plan and execute all sampling programs with tailored execution. Plan and execute sampling box initiatives ensuring the timely shipping of samples and post program redemption rate analysis.Collaboration
Partner with all cross-functional teams to market and promote product launches and 360 brand initiatives (Digital, VM, Trade, PR, CT.com, Sales & Education, Finance). Lead x-functional task forces that guide the successful development and launch of consumer and brand programs.Manage the skincare category by assessing competitive landscape, liaising with Global and planning the execution of key consumer engagement initiatives.Develop briefs for Charlotte Tilbury Creative Agency, and cross-functional partners for product page assets, social content, collateral, event visuals exclusive packaging needs (i.e. Global Brand Marketing, Creative Agency, Global Product Development & Packaging).Reporting Relationships - Reporting into AVP of Marketing, Brand
