Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Product Designer to shape exceptional experiences across our critical customer-facing channels, including optimum.com, the My Optimum mobile app, and our video product experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring our digital products are intuitive, delightful, and truly meet customer needs.You'll work with other Product Designers and UX Researchers to deliver usable and accessible omnichannel design solutions that mitigate friction and are optimized for customer intents and business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders) to identify and define customer problems and business opportunities, translating them into impactful design solutions.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data (analytics, A / B testing, user research) to inform and validate design decisions.
• Partner closely with UX Researchers to conduct usability testing and gather insights that ensure solutions effectively meet user needs.
• Translate complex problems into clear, elegant, and intuitive design solutions through the creation of wireframes, user flows, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Rapidly test design hypotheses, gather user feedback, and iterate to refine solutions.
• Act as a strong advocate for the customer, championing design solutions that enhance the digital experience and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Actively contribute to and utilize our evolving unified design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all customer engagement channels.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$100,246.00-$164,689.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
