A leading healthcare organization in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Echocardiography to oversee and coordinate the echocardiography services. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a dynamic team while delivering exceptional cardiac imaging care.

Location : On-site in Laguna Beach, CA

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Pay Range : $85,000 – $115,000 annually

What You’ll Do :

Supervise daily operations of the echocardiography department

Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to sonography staff

Ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards

Manage scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance programs

Perform advanced echocardiographic imaging as needed

Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient care

Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations
