Key Responsibilities Manage 60-80 incoming and outgoing patient calls daily regarding medical bills Utilize the Cedar platform to address patient inquiries via chats, phone calls, and outbound campaigns Lead the payment posting process and follow up on defaulted payments, including insurance and third-party follow-ups Required Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or related healthcare fields Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic) Bilingual in Spanish Ability to work remotely in a quiet and private space
