Job Details : Salary : $500,000 - $600,000 / year (includes bonuses) 1st year : base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses : $1,500 / patient / year for all patients beyond 180 patients / year 25% of insurance collections 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based : $1,500 / patient / year 25% of insurance collections Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients Health, dental, vision insurance Qualification : MD / DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician Board certified Facility : Concierge Medical Practice Schedule : Start in Fall of 2021 Clinic Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians Assignment : Outpatient Only Average 8 patients / day during peak season Average 3-4 patients / day during offseason Will round on own patients in NH's as needed EMR : Cerner
