Schedule : M-F 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (currently running until 5 : 30 PM)

Pay : $18 – $23 per hour DOE

About the Role :

Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring for structural welders for a manufacturing partner in Sapulpa, OK. This is moderate-skill welding with hands-on testing required. You’ll be producing ladders, safety guards, and other structural components that support large assemblies used in the oil and gas industry.

What You’ll Do :

• Weld structural assemblies such as ladders, guards, and platforms according to specifications
• Perform MIG (GMAW) and / or flux-cored (FCAW) welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead
• Complete a weld test that includes downhill, overhead, and a T-plate evaluation
• Produce full-wrap welds and ensure structural integrity of components
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
